3-Year Limited Warranty

Our FREE 3-Year Limited Warranty comes standard with every residential purchase. This warranty is extended to you, the original purchaser, for the original product purchased only, and cannot be transferred should you sell or donate the product at a later date.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers any defects -- i.e., something breaks, is damaged, or just plain doesn't work -- in materials and workmanship for up to three (3) years, so long as the product is installed in accordance with the installation instructions. It also covers all internal "working parts" and mechanisms, as well as other parts and defects listed below:

DEFECT WARRANTY
Parts
  • Replaceable parts include, but are not limited to, brackets, valance clips/magnets, cord locks/connectors, tilter mechanisms, cord cleats, bottom rail plugs, spacer blocks, equalizers and tensioners.
  • Up to 3 years: Parts replaced at no charge.
  • After 3 years: MYR50 charge for parts.
Fabric and Slats
  • Covers tears or other defects in fabric, separation of fabric from slats or vanes, warping of slats and/or broken or cracked vertical vanes.
  • Up to 3 years: Product remade at no charge.
  • After 3 years: Fabric and slats/vanes are considered wearable items and are not covered after 3 years.
Restrings
  • Up to 3 years: Product restrung at no charge.
  • After 3 years: Select products may be eligible for restringing after warranty is expired. Please contact us for more information on which products apply.
Vertical Blinds Track
  • Covers track not tilting or not drawing open/close. Warranty does not cover breakage of track stems due to misuse.
  • Up to 3 years: Track will be replaced at no charge. If track is over 90" wide, an MYR85 oversize shipping fee will be charged (includes flat MYR20 return shipping fee; see below).
  • After 3 years: Track replaced at cost depending on size. If track is over 90" wide, an MYR85 oversize shipping fee will be charged (includes flat MYR20 return shipping fee; see below).
Product Not Raising/Lowering or Loss of Tension
  • Up to 3 years: Product remade at no charge.
  • After 3 years: All materials can lose original intensity depending on use. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered after 3 years.
Motorization
  • With the rapid advancement of automated technology, we cannot guarantee replacement of original parts for motorized products, such as remotes and motors, beyond the manufacturer's original warranty period. Parts may be replaced, based on availability, at manufacturer's cost.
What We Will Do

If we find your product has a defect, BlindsHub will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge to you. The only thing you are responsible for is a flat MYR20 return shipping charge. Replacement/repaired product will be shipped to you via courier. For oversea customers (outside Malaysia) who wish to return, additional shipping may be incurred.

5-Year Limited

For a small upgrade fee, our 5-Year Limited Warranty includes the same coverage as the 3-Year Limited Warranty and lasts two years longer for even more peace of mind! This warranty is extended to you, the original purchaser, for the original product purchased only, and cannot be transferred should you sell or donate the product at a later date.

** This warranty supersedes any and all stated warranties, whether written or oral. In no event shall we be liable for incidental or consequential damages that may result from any defect in product or breach of this warranty. We reserve the right to inspect any part or component prior to replacements. In order for repair or replacement to be made, a Bill of Sale, canceled check or other payment record verifying the original purchase date must be presented to us. The exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages may vary according to state of purchase, therefore the above limitations or exclusions may not be applicable to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and may also include other rights which may vary from state to state.
